Each business is permitted to have only one active listing. Multiple accounts for the same business are not allowed and may result in account termination.

You are responsible for ensuring that your listing information is accurate, complies with applicable laws, and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

Listano.eu operates on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change with notice.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided.

Promotional rates are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of offer and may revert to standard pricing upon renewal.

You agree to use Listano.eu only for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Using the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the platform

• Scraping or collecting user data without authorization

• Any activity that disrupts or impairs the functionality of our services

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account for an undetermined period.
